After reduction in prices of Diesel by Rs.3.37 per litre on 19th October, 2014 and Rs.2.25 per litre today (31st October, 2014) [total reduction of Rs.5.62 per litre within a fortnight] by the Government, the rates of Power Backup Electricity Charges at Mahagunpuram, NH -24, Ghaziabad / all over India will also have to be reduced considerably by the  Builders / concerned authorities as Power Backup rates are fixed on the basis of prices of Diesel.

Earlier, Builder had increased the rates of Power Backup Electricity Charges from the dates when Diesel rates were increased.   Now, Builder has to decrease the rates of Power Backup Electricity Charges accordingly (decrease them wef 19th October, 2014 and 31st October, 2014).
