Kindly refer to your teleconversation with me on 5th October, 2015 in which you had intimated that Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL) has approved the Domestic PNG connections for the residents of Mahagunpuram, NH-24, Mehrauli, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh and intimated that all the residents have to deposit undated Cheques of Rs.6000/- (Rupees six thousand only) each in favour of Indraprastha Gas Limited for further necessary action by IGL in this regard.
I requested you to speak with Shri Sheetal Tyagiji, President, MP-AOA (Mobile Phone Numbers : 9350509831 and 9971099831) regarding collection of cheques from the residents by IGL in Mahagunpuram by organizing camp at Mahagunpuram. You spoke with Shri Sheetal Tyagiji in this regard who told you to give details in writing alongwith the names/mobile phone numbers of representatives of IGL who would be coming at Mahagunpuram to collect the cheques from the residents so that we could give wide publicity regarding this by pasting the details of camp and representatives of IGL who would be coming at Mahagunpuram for collections of cheques on the Notice Boards of all Blocks (Towers), Mahagunpuram and also by announcements through Public Address System of Mahagunpuram. The collection of cheques by IGL from the residents of Mahagunpuram should be done on Saturdays and Sundays.
In view of the above, you are requested to give details of the programme (dates, preferably Saturdays/Sundays) and names/mobile phone numbers of the representatives of IGL who would be coming to Mahagunpuram for collecting Cheques from the residents of Mahagunpuram at the earliest so that further delay should not happen in this regard.
