Here, I would be glad to share a positive news about Mahagunpuram builders, Mahagun Builders.
As most of you aware about their one of the project in Crossing Republic, Mahagun Mascot. this project got delayed beyond the extended deadline. As per the agreement, they had compensated their customers with rent amount of Rs 10/SQft (per month).
This is confirmed by many of the flat owner in the project. If possible, I request NCR guys to confirm this through their contacts.
This is a good news showcasing the integrity and honesty of the builder, which is one of the rare case in Indian Property market; where builders are taking advantage of loose strings of law.
We just hope that they will complete their task in Mahagunpuram well on deadline.

yes. it has been confirmed. One of my friend got the PDCs for the same.
Guys...there is some good news for all of us...
one of my friend had been to the site few days back and he told me that Mahagun has placed a huge hoarding at site saying that "Possession in 15 months".
Another good news is that...now a days in Delhi Mahagun is advertising Mahagunpuram by saying "assured possession in 15 months".
First thing is that they are now actively marketing it....and that too by saying assured possession in 15 months...shows the progress of project....
So cheers to all....:)

Thats really great news, vipul. That shows that Mahagunpuram project is on-track enough that the Mahagun is showing the confidence in completing it by Sep-2011.

I went to Mahagunpuram site last weekend. The construction pace is slow. (maybe due to the monsoon)
According to them they have sent demand letter only for Vinayak Tower. Other towers should expect them by the end of July.
We received Demand letter now.
