Here is an update for the people, who would like to go for Bank's loan to buy the flats in Mahagunpuram Project.
Currently, two banks are having tie up with Mahagun builders for Mahagunpuram project : HDFC and IDBI.
Previously LIC Housing. Union Bank and Axis Bank were supporting the project loan under construction link plan. Since the plan has been closed by the builders, so the bank's loans.
Also, there is an offer exclusively for SBI employess, by the SBI Home loan.

On Monday I was visited mahagunpuram, and found they have completed one flat with tiles, doors, kitchen slabs, bathroom fiting etc. they might be planing to use this flat as a sample flat.
This is in Vinayak tower on 1st floor.
