guys....any idea about the parking? i can see in images that they are making flats on ground floor also...that means no stilt parking? so where they are planning to make covered parking? please update if any of you has any clue...
Guys, we all are happy with the progress of Mahagunpuram project but we shud also ensure any quality of work. Now a days, many solicities are facing major problems like sewage, plaster is not gud. So we all sud make sure that we will completely keep an eye for the quality. In this Forum, we shud have mobile nos also, so keep sharing the numbers. Mine is 9958007986
Anyone knows abt any Shopping Mall is going to be open within 1-2 km range as our project prices will only increase when the basic amenities like hospital, malls, shopping complex,schools will open. However, a gud news for all of us. World known hospital chain "COULMBIA ASIA" is going to be inaugrated soon. We shud all speak to Mahagun officials with the basis shops within comples like any bank branch, ATM, medicine shops or any play school for kids within our socity. They planned to open around 25-30 shops. There is also a project opened in LALKUNA by Aditya regarding the same. So keep watching n keep posting.

As per my understanding, the basement area in all the blocks are for covered parking. So, basically the parking will be at -1 level of the building.
But it will be great, if you can get it confirmed from any reliable source.

I have seen a public school board just nearby ahead of Mahagunpuram project.
One thing, no one can beat that Ghaziabad is a educational hub with many good schools, Engineering College and one of the best management school in India.
As far i know, most of the people here plans to be resident of this project.

There are 2-3 schools near by the project(with-in 3KM).
Silverline school,Sanskar School,Gurukul the school and Ryan School. One Bank is also located with in 2 KM (Union Bank of India ,Mehrauli Branch,Gzb)
what do you guys think,will this project be completed with-in time ??

my budget is around 15-16 L so can i get a flat in mahagunpuram in this budget... what would be the additional cost like registery etc etc...

I am also a buyer in Mahagunpuram Project. I have opted Construction Linked Plan and Builder is asking for service tax amount on the amount which I have paid after July - 2010. Are we really supposed to pay this extra amount? I think builder should pay this. Anyone paying ??? Thanks.

I am a businessmen in services domain. Usually (actually always), we pass service tax to our customer and this is the common understanding in business.
However, a lot depends on how you negotiated with builder. If you negotiated on final cost on you, you have a case to argue.

Mahagun puram's apartment price is very afforable. Every middle class person can affort to buy this appartment it's located at NH24 ghaziabad location.
