Here are two short updates:
1. Mahagunpuram has dispatched all the pending demand letters corresponding to 5th floor completion. This points to at least 35% of the structure completion.
2. As confirmed by our member, Sunny; the builder is planning to come up with two sample flats. One in Vinayak and another in Viddhi. Actually the construction of the project has been further outsourced to two contractors in the supervision of the builders. And both the builders have been asked to create a sample flat each.
Soon, we may have a live idea, how our future home may look likes after furnishing.

Hi Prashant,
The force majeure case is valid till Dec 2011. So, the builder can delay by 3 months more without any penalty. After which the penalty clause comes into affect.
Mahagun builders has paid for delay of 6 months their Crossing project Mahagun Mascot, which testifies their integrity at this moment.
Regarding Sewage pipeline, I think; they can not give possession with incomplete bathrooms. Also, there cannot be a short term arrangement for this. I guess, the amenities like sewage, electricity etc is completed with GDA collaboration, where they run main sewage line to be connected with all projects.
Can someone confirm this?
