We have some updates:
1. As informed by our member Vikas, only 3-4 blocks in the Mahagunpuram will have G + 18 (Ground + 18 floor). There will be additional service lift in those blocks (Currently there are 2 lifts).
Although this is a kind of cheating from the builder-side (as our shares in the society sands diluted), but they have managed to take approval for that.
2. We have fasted moving tower Vinayak is completing 9th floor, a good sign of progress. I will be posting the pictures soon. If anybody have taken pictures, please feel free to share with us.

Anyone have idea abt sample flat?

I had been to site last week and have seen the flat from inside but there no sign of any sample flat. I tried searching for it but couldnt locate it.

Anyone have any idea abt the next insallment date for 10th Floor in Riddhi block.
As per my knowledge they are planning to come up with a sample flat in each of the blocks.

I will try to find out the blocks with G + 18. But, I think they will soon make all of the blocks of 18 floor... after all they will be earning some extra bucks with that and they dont care, what is customer's perception on this.
