Dear Friends,
First of all, I would like to welcome our new member Narendra Singh into the community blog.
We use to discuss on various topics through comments. It is convenient that we can see the recent discussion on the main page, in proper sequence. However, there is no easy way to check for old discussion, and required to check all the post one-by-one.
Although, I tried introducing Discussion Board for the same purpose; but it did not worked out. Now, it has been removed from the top menu links.
So, I have introduced a new page "Discussion Archive", through which the discussion is arranged in proper order for each month. There is also links provided in the page to download the whole discussion in PDF and Ms-Word format for offline view/read.
Please use this facility. I hope this will be specially useful for the new members.

What about naming our community? just like crossings named theirs as CROMA....can we suggest some good names for it? what say?
Yup.. That would be nice idea....
Will suggest all to come up with some innovative name... then we can just put as a poll for selecting the good one...

Nice name Kapil....but it's somewhat similar to CROMA....we dont want anyone to think that we are "inspired" from their name...:)...let keep it in stock till we find anything better...

I went to see the site and was impressed they are working on fast track. but i am worry about the no. of floor builder build up.
When i purchased the sales representative told that they will build 14 floor but now they are building 19 floor in each tower. if this is the case then we will get the possession in 2 year from today or more also if increased the number of floor it means we need to share common area by the more people like club etc. because as per the planning it was plan to share by the 1400 families and builer definetly will not increase the park and club area.
My suggestion on naming our community :
ROME : Residents and Owners of Mahagunpuram Estate.
ROME is also a good one.. :)
Reminds me about the rich and prosperous Roman history....

I had reported this earlier, that Mahagun is trying to get approval for 19 floor buildings. I think they might have acquired that. And given the corruption within government, it is not difficult to get the same; even though it might be against the rule.
Nice group to keep updates for Mahagunpuram. I have also purchased flat at Mahagunpuram and keep visiting this blog for important updates
