Extension situation is favourable for both Mahagunpuram & Hitech City
Still even if extension situation persist can't see much appreciation in near future (4 - 6 years) on puram as Hitech City will also start delivering plots soon and later residential project will also come. So supply will remain in excess of demand. Only expect one more small revision at the time of possession.

yes but it should be more than 1800 /sq ft at least when you compare with
ansal or landcraft. yes i m not comparing with crocssing as of now.

This 7 month advertisement and latest price list leads a positive sign for us;seems like i have to start saving pennies for handover.
Increase was due for long however competition from new market noida extension was major hindrance. Now with issues at extension same happended

But, all the end-user dont care for appreciation. All they wish to be in their own home, rather than living on rent or so.
