I agree with your comment but still...how much margin you think is the builder is keeping with himself for his claim?
50%..??...if he is committing for 7 months...I take it as 10...and still its March.....I am not getting too much optimistic but it could never be July...
Mahagun onsite folks has talked very casually about a 2-3 month delayed delivery. On an optimistic front; i feel builder is not willing to pay any big penalty.
A more involved discussion with a site engineer will reveal that possession would be early next year only.
The delay factor can only be calculated on a per month basis now because of various factors like weather, architectural changes etc. I hope a visit in September will clear all doubts.
if we compare status of other builder s in crossing rebulic we are still going at good pace... even if we get delayed possession. we should not be dishearted. the point when we get possession it should be ready to move one.
I agree Akhil, of course in terms of delay; Mahagun still have some "backbone" left. Else, daily I read about woes of customers, who got trapped with so called big names like SuperTech, Ansal etc.. etc..
Has anybody checked area of flats... and entrance gate width its 2.5-2.8 feet.. i measured it. dont u guys think its small how can we entre our beds,sofa,dinnying table..??

Hypocrisy or what?
This is enough to pacify the proclaimers, for unclaimed delay by builder; there cant be no official claim other than this.
Now point here is that how many of us, are going to get positive from such a marketing instruments.
I have never felt completely satiated from these advertisements but also on the same front i am very optimistic.
I would advise every one to stay calm and wait for the official day in September; beside of this, it would be just waste of time and energy.

Builder never build what they show on paper.
DIKHANE KE DAANT KUCHH AUR, KHAANE KE DAANT KUCH AUR.
Forget about ten the perspective view, we are not even going to get exact Flat Layout. I have already posted the structural anomalies in the flats.
So, don't worry about that. There are already fine prints in the agreement, which legally allow builder to do so.
