[Mahagunpuram] Latest Photos and update on 24-Jul-2011

I visited on 24-Jul-2011, Some of the updates from the project site along with pictures.

Now a days Mahagun management has restricted the access of most of the towers from inside due to finishing work and flooring work in progress.

But interestingly i saw a huge rush of buyers there for the first time. As per some discussion mahagun is increasing the rates of new as well old towers from august 2011. I am not sure about the amount of increase.

I got a change to visit the ganga tower and saw that tiles are already laid but the finishing of tiles is not done and they have laid the POP on the tiles to avoid the damage of the same. I saw lot of inventory of Kajaria tiles at site.

Riddhi tower outside plaster is also in very good stage and whitewash has also started from outside. As per mahagun officials available at site the tiles and flooring work is also almost completed.

Saraswati tower construction is completed and out side plaster is about to start. All 14 floors roof slab is completed and now construction is in last stage. As per officials the they have completed the floor tiles and now they are also completing the staircase and other areas.

Shopping centre is also constructed and now finishing will start.

Looking at the above progress i personally feel that mahagun may start giving possesion from December onwards( may be in phased manner because still they have complete 5 months till december). I feel that 5 months should be sufficient or the worst case should be before march 2012.
