More update on the project:
- In Mahagunpuram phase 1, the final roof slab of most of the towers are about to be laid. We should expect demand letter for roof slab (in CLP plan). If anybody has received it, kindly share.
- The Noida Exten. disaster is diverting more people to the project. The builder may revise the price by INR 100 PSFT by next month. Please note that this is an insider news and may be incorrect. Kindly do not make this a base for any rush buying. Do your own homework on other aspects apart from price.
- The upper 4 floors in the phase 1 is open for booking for new buyers. You may be interested in these, if want early possession.

yes Extension diaster going to be widened... i hope price should increase by 200 Rs as more than 30000 customers are afftected. as crossing rebulic rates itself is more than 2300-2500 (after noida exetsnion.) we are expecting in 2 months time price should reach close 2000.lets hope for best.. as v got some positive news reagrding NH24 hopefuly it will be implemented now.... with close to possesioon if works start for NH24 ... it will be Rosy days ahead of MPurians
