I just came across the bad build quality of Mahagun's another project, Mahagun Mascot:

Its really scary.. Cant believe such a bad quality delivery by Mahagun, I think this builder is going to join rest of the cheater's gang.

We visited to mahagunpuram recently and got upset to see construcion quality.
Every wall in every room has pilar that is y no any wall is on plan level. we can not put any furniture properly.shape will look awkward.
Roof of every room has open pipes and no idea how they will hide them.
Toilet have open ciwer pipes that look very horriable.
Size of wordrob is pathetic.too small size of wordrobs are there.
I dont know how they will manage all these drawback at the time of possession.
I am feeling very hopeless to see their construction quality.

They will not manage anything. These issue has long been discussed, and we have no option than to accept that.
Thats the bad part from builder side, that if they wanted to make flat like these, they should have marked it clearly in the brochure.
very disappointed with the design but as Mr. Gyani said , no option.
