with this pace of work ,possesion in the month of December will just be a dream.
March 2012 is the most likely date
I just spoke to an engineer at the site and he said the project is delayed and probably possesion by June-July 2012. Nothing is ready - electricity/ water provisioning, building the park, tiling is done to 2nd floor only in most towers, etc etc. Very poor state of construction. Also, the manpower employed is very minimal. Any feedback from anyone else?
