Rates are again revising wef 27 Aug 11. For phase 1 rates revising by Rs 135 Per sqft and by Rs 100 per sqft in phase 2. Charges for covered car parking is also increasing by Rs 50,000/-. Surely disaster of Noida Extn is having good effect on this project. Hope with widening of NH-24 it will increase more. Again i want to thank all of you for positive feedback as i am new to this blog. This blog give correct picture of project with all its pros and cons.

expecting on possession rates to go to 2400-2500 psft.. due to Noida extension crises.. and Crossing rates are also above budget for many users.. so users is coming to MP...finally some gud news... for all customers who booked flat in MP . congrats to all... :)
