I booked a flat in mahagunpuram phase-II in Kaveri tower (Park facing). I want to know about loan formalities. Has anybody taken loan from any nationalised bank (Preferably SBI) in phase I then please give me address and no. of person to contact.

As far I know, UBI will finance only CLP in phase 2. Perhaps they are not supporting down payment, hence phase 1.
But, get it confirmed, it is very old piece of information.
Yes. Gyani is correct. UBI is only financing CLP.
