I VISITED THE MAHAGUNPURAM ON 17 th SEP. ON INQUIRY ABOUT POSSESSION I
CAME TO KNOW IT WILL BE SOMEWHERE IN JUNE- JULY FOR PHASE-I. SINCE
THEY ARE TELLING NEW CUSTOMERS THAT POSSESSION WILL BE IN MAR- JUNE
2012. MOREOVER LOT OF WORKS IS PENDING. THERE IS NO DECISION ON
SEWERAGE LINE YET. THEY ARE THINKING ON THE LINE OF MAKING A STP SINCE
THEY WILL NOT GET THE PERMISSION OF DIGGING UNDER THE RLY LINE TO
CONNECT IT WITH CHIRANJIVE VIHAR..

Thanks Narendra for sharing the information.. I was expecting the same..
we should get possession only when it becomes habitable.they r hading over flats in crossing republic even when the flat is not fit for living.
mahagun should justify their goodwill, by giving possession in time.
hope for the positive.
dear the possession date is appx oct'2012 lot of work is pending
