I have booked flat in mahagunpuram phase-II in 'Kaveri' Tower. After payment of 45% within 45 days they've demanded installment of 5% which is due on completion of foundation on 16 Dec 11. Due date was 25 Dec 11. i've got my project financed with HDFC. I forwarded demand letter to them. However when they not released my installment, i enquired with them. They told me that after technical evaluation of project, they found that construction progress is not matching with installment demanded. When i enquired with mahagun officials they told me that their is some problem and it'll be sorted out within 15 days. However it is not sorted out till date.
This shows how greedy mahagun people are. They are fooling their customers by demanding money much in advance ahead of construction progress. Think about plight of those buyers who are paying installment from their own pocket. They are being made to pay even before start of foundation.

Yeah.. Please keep a note of these kind of event. Mahagun will charge interest even for a day of delay. But of course, this is not applicable in case of they sent possession letter even before completing the work.
They are a big time cheater dear. They can do anything to anybody as they have no future and only money. They want to earn money in a short period of time and leave you in a hell behind. Jain brothers have already made a lot by faking people and built their own homes for their silver spoons. They and their future have time to afford gundas. Let us not indulge with it any more and take an alternative path.
Don't worry.. luckily you have option to go to court. Mahesj Narayan Ji [in case of Mahagun Mascot] is a great example.
