mahagun site shows old prices. Where did you get this new price list from? Did they also change the Phase 1 rates?

Mahagun Site will soon be updated. You can check with brokers about the price change.

Price for phase one is also dearer by INR One Hundred.

My advise is that if you are about to buy, you can negotiate to pay older price only for some days.

Hi, Mahagun is increasing the price but not handing over the flats. I have visited the site and found the paint and Doors (Wooden) quality is very poor. I had booked the flat on July '11 . When i will get the penalty if the construction is delayed . Is the Mahagun paying the panelty amount on the time . Wht these people are comiting to handover the flats key.

I just wanted to confirm also that we need to get the Electricity /waterconnection charges from the authority or these were included in the EDC.

Any one have the ideia on this ...

Hi Alpana,

Poor quality - you are right. Mahagun has provided very poor fixture in Mascot project too and the same is being repeated in Mahagunpuram.

Regarding Penalty, you need to check your allotment letter. If you have booked it recently, then Mahagun must have put a deadline such that they does not have to pay the penalty [in your case].

Regarding connection charges, everything is given in Allotment letter.

Is this price increase for real? Mahagun site is still proudly advertising earlier rates

Last week, I had a visit to the site. I met with a family, who somehow managed to get old rate on a new booking. But according to them, it was through a close internal source. Further, it can be verified through a call to any broker [and check the rates].

I heard that Mahagunpuram prices are increasing again on 5th March by Rs. 300 psf. It is correct? Isn't it too soon? Not that I am complaining though.

@Ashish, Its good for us, who have already invested. For new buyers, get a confirmation from agents and act accordingly. At least we have a good return on paper.
