All concerns,
1. Mahagunpuram is not giving timely possession as assured by their sales agents. Every time they will demand money. Does anybody know about this bad news of legal charges of Rs 12000/- and worst news of lawyer charges of Rs 15000/-. Will Mahagunpuram administration throw light on it as what it is? and it is to paid or not or what.
2. Mahagunpuram NH-24 builder.---Please let me now exact date of possession

Hi Meena ji,
The mentioned charges is to be paid at the time of flat registry as it is printed on sales deed or agreement as per my understanding.
Have you received any demand letter to paid the same charges in advance ??
