Are u worried from the unreasonable interst claim raised by Mahagun Builder ???
Most of the cases delyaed due to builder did not submitted the nessery papers to Bank.
Builder himself is responsible for that.
If ur case is the same than Lets come togther and fight is for our Right.

Payment of penalty against delay in possession is separate thing. What about the problem we are facing due to delay in possession.
Mahagun is paying @ RS 5/sqft. MIN Rent one is paying 8-10RS/sqft.
reimbursing rent is not the solution. One has different planning after shifting to new home, all that are spoiled.And can't do anything then waiting.
We are all one facing the same situation by and large....Howver
- Delay is quite normal (if we compare viz a viz other builders/projects)
- Penalty chq's are given - i dont know any builder in Ghaziabad/Indirapuram area who has done this so timely
- Pricing is apt as per quality of material , pls visit Ansal project next to Mahagun ..it wil dig holes in ur pocket..
Interest charges asked by builders is a routine activity done by all however not all builders are so open to considerations/waivers as Mahagun is..
Being in banking industry for 10 yrs now , i can tell you he is probably class ONE builder in the region with...
Have faith, and lets hope the project gets completed on time as rental costs has actually gone way to high these days..

Dear Saurabh,
I along with my three friends are having the same issue.
When we discussed this with Mahagun officials that delay in loan disbursement is not due to our fault rather this is because of delay at your end. Initially they ask to show any bank letter to prove that all formalities were done from our end, luckily we had letters from bank that had the application dates we applied for home loans and bank also clearly mentioned that they are putting this application on hold as mahagunpuram project is not fully approved due to some pending documents from Mahagun.
After reading this letter officials showed their real face. They said mahagun is not liable for any dealing between buyer and bank. We do not care whether you pay money from your pocket or you take from some of relatives or from any bank.
So, we are here with you to fight.
