This is another update from my side regarding penality cheques from builder.
Last to last week i visited mahagun,noida office to discuss about Rs 17000/- late payment calculation against disbursment.
After a long discussion, it is finalized that I will pay 5000/- as a late payment charge and after that they will release penality cheques for 3 months in first week of May.
I deposited my contribution and waiting for mahagun phone call for 3 cheques. let's hope for good.....give you more update soon,.

As per clause related to "POSSESSION" (in Builder - Buyer Agreement), "The builder on Physical Possession, would pay the allottee(s) @ Rs. Five only per sq. ft. per month for the delay attributable to the builder in handing over of the apartment beyond the committed date of possession as dd-mmmm-yy. Similarly the customer would also be liable to pay holding charges @ Rs Five only per sq. ft. per month if the customer fails to take the possession within 30 days from the date of issuance of the offer of possession - CAREFUL
Since you guys have received the penalty cheques, anybody enquired about the "Offer of Possession" ????
