May be because of ongoing GDA crackdown on exceeding permitted flat numbers in each project... May be some of the floors in Mahagunpuram projects too are illegal.

Yes even I am afraid of this , do you see any point following it up with Mahagun
No.. Not exactly.... Builders have two options now:
- Either settle down with any agreement with GDA.
- Or their worst nightmare.. demolish extra flats.
In both the cases, buyer don't have much to loose... They will be returned back their money with interest in 2nd case.
