Those who have booked flats in Ganga Tower above 12th floor ,Please be aware that builder have the permission of construction upto 12th Floor. This came to know, when my friend who booked a flat on 13th Floor in Ganga Tower ,and Applied for Loan with HDFC, When he approach to bank for disbursement ,The Loan Deptt. Said that we are not able to disbursement the loan amount, because builder has not the permission of construction above 12th Floor in Ganga Tower.
Marketing Person of Bank and Builder both misguide to my friend at the time of booking .Both person assured for Loan Disbursement.

Beware of these kind of builder's practice in GDA. Now-a-days GDA is very strict on illegal construction and on daily basis, the news of GDA raid and action is erupting.

That's absolutely true. All the towers have permission only up to 12th floor and the structure is designed according to that. They have added more floors by inducing some GDA officials and authorities. By doing so, they aren't only cheating people but putting people's life in risk.
Hi.. I am also planning to book a 3 BHK flat on 15th Floor in RIDHI tower or on 17th floor in Ganga tower.. Is it all not authorised. Please give more information as I now doubt that the things are transparent and genuine.. Please call me if Possible or give me your contact will call you for more info..
