[Mahagunpuram] Cheating by mahagunpuram builder

Hii frnds, its to bring in notice of all ultimate users of mahagunpuram that builder has cheated all investors for sake of their nominal profit because in my last visit to actual site of mahagunpuram I noticed that there is a road in between the residential appartment of mahagunpuram & other facilities like swimming/ club house/ shoppig arcade/ lawn which is for general public (villagers). This is a huge question for safety & security of the users of mahagunpuram as they will have to face this thing with in the society on daily basis/ every hour. How is that possible that builder provided a passage with in the society for non resident/ local villagers, this shows that the builder has either cheated to all its investors or actually has hide this fact & seems that they have purchased this land from villagers at almost no cost or nominal cost & charging to the user's (us) like anything & giving us a mess & headache for the rest of life.
