You are absolutely correct we all were/are cheated and the builder had hide this fact from us at the time of booking. At the time of booking, the officials at the site told us that the whole land (plot) from NH-24 to the other end of the land (plot) where towers for Mahagunpuram are being built is of Mahagun, but, now a road has come up between the residential apartments of mahagunpuram and other facilities like swimming pool / club house / shopping arcade / lawn, etc.
