Please don't rely on them. We should reach out to GDA to clear our doubts.
I'm wondering why Legal/Admin Charges and Meter Charges are included in the stamp duty calculation sheet. This is something which is hard to digest.
Moreover, we were supposed to pay maintenance charges @ Re.1 per sq. ft. per month, but the builder is now charging us @ 1.2 per sq. ft.
Can anyone throw some light on this?
Discrepancy in my possession letter:
I had paid Rs.75000 for car parking, but Rs.100000 is showing up against car parking in the stamp duty calculation section.
I would suggest you guys to verify the figures mentioned in the possession letter before moving next step forward.
