Yes Deepak u r right. We should approach to gda to get the actual
circle rate. Bcz the rate of their shoulld not be too high as they
mentioned.

Also is any one know any advocate to get the actual cost of registry.
Bcz a lot of extra charges they added in registry amount.

In allotment letter they mentioned that the maintenance amount can be
increased. So now they r charging it @ 1.2.

Foe open Car parking they told that registry will be done for 1 lakh
and for covered it will be on 1.5 lakh. They told me that it is fixed.

Kindly come fwd and come to a point to collect all information from
all resources asap. So that we can take possession very soon.

Mahagun guys told me that all these stuff will took near abt a month.
So we have to all the things asap after using all resources to get the
actual infomation.

Also there are some other charges they havn't disclosed yet. There are
prepaid elect. meters which r of 6 kw for each flat and rent of meter
is @65 plus power bcp meer rent @100 and unit charges @12 and rs 30
for intercom facility.
