Safety and Security concerns at Mahagunpuram Campus.

As we all know, massive construction work is in progress at Mahagunpuram site, for which huge work force has been deployed, most of them are probably also residing there in make shift arrangements. All the entries to the campus / construction site are not adequately guarded round the clock, consequently,  unscrupulous elements with  ulterior motives including theft etc can easily gain access, which can jeopardise the Safety and Security of the flat owners of Saraswati and Sidhi Blocks  and their valuable belongings.

Physical possession of  the above  two  Blocks  is likely to be given in a month's time. Soon after possession, many flat owners will immediately move to their flats,  some may sublet their flats, and some flats  may remain  unoccupied for the time being, due to mid academic session.

We would like to urge upon Mahagun  management to take the urgent necessary measures to improve the security environment in the Mahagunpuram and instil confidence amongst the residents in regard to their Safety and Security.

We must take up this pressing issue in our next meeting. In the meanwhile, members may come forward with their suggestions.
