Re: [Mahagunpuram] how to proceed?

Hi All,

I checked with one of my friend who is in my office and have flat in Crossings.
I checked his stamp duty calculation also which was sent to him by mahagun around 1 year back.

In that also, the same way of calculation is present.
He also informed that he also tried for outside registration, but there are a huge number of documents which we need to be created. Apart from this, the Map of the flat and its approval and other document creation will take around 10-15K expense. Apart from this, to get the registry done fastly, we might have to pay some amount to the registrar as they are aware that because of saving, we are directly coming for registration and not through builder.

As per the calculation below, we are saving around 20K if we are getting it done from outside and we are paying around 10-15K extra for documentation.
Is it justified to fight with builder for 5-10K INR and taking a lot of burden for getting it done?

I am totally confused by looking at the mails regarding registry issue and not able to decide to choose the right path. What's your suggestion......?  We can assume that the amount builder is paying as late penalty for these 2.5 month is taking back in registry process. Please suggest as Siddhi and Saraswati flat holders are running out of time as they have only 15 more days to get it done (as builder will take around 15-20 days in registry process).

Thanks & Regards,
