Bharat Ji, You are calculating for 1300 Sq Ft and comparing it with 900 sq ft flat registry cost provided by Pradeep. For 1300 Sq Ft Flat, as per Pradeep Detail: Flat Cost = 121 * 20500 = 2480500 Parking = 115000 (Assuming 4 wheeler and 2 wheeler) So total cost = 2595500 INR So Registry Cost = 2595500 * 0.07 = 181685 INR As per builder, Registry cost = 200200 INR So total saving if we are hiring external advocate = 200200 - 181685 = approx 18500 INR So there is no such 50-60 K saving in case of external advocate. the maximum benefit would be around 20000 INR.
