Agreed that the charges mahagun has claimed are well calculated at thier end. Being a experienced builder he would be familiar of such quiries.
One thing I would like to add that adv paymt of rs 20 k is for paymt of commn area water n electticity charges.
One point I had raised there that scop of maint for what nidhi said that it is mentioned in agrmnt but I didn't find there.
Strongly we have to make it clear when we will sign agrmnt for maint.
Dear all please don't sign if agency is CSK. There is very very bad feed back for this maint agency.
