| Hi All, I visited the site 3 days back. As of now, this is not livable. I had a word with Mr. Deepak Vasistha and he told that work is still in progress for Siddhi and Saraswati. Here are some highlights about the current status. 1. The main entrance is ready and plants, road, gate etc has been created in a beautiful manner. The final touch is in progress. 2. The Ganga tower, which is the last one, from front side, all the construction work seems to be completed. But at back side (besides Siddhi) the construction work is still in progress. 3. For Siddhi tower, Lift was functional but its a bit slow. The lift can carry around 15 people at a time. the workers are moving inside the Siddhi tower as sanitary fitting is still in progress. The lobbies and common area of building is ready as of now. 4. The central park is still not completed but for Siddhi and Saraswati, the front of these towers are in final shape. 5. Parking is still not clear as for open parking, the space is not yet allocated. 6. As per Mr. Deepak, once you will complete your payment process and Mahagun officials will send an email to Deepak, He will get ready the flats within 1-2 days with final round of paint and finishing. He told that, all the buildings will be ready by march-13 and possession will be offered. 7. Registry process will start after this Navratra. As builder is collecting the payments as of now and after Navratra, they will create batches for registry. Expected time for registry for Siddhi and Saraswati is 15-Nov-2012 (By Diwali). Even it could go beyond this. These are the words from Nidhi as she is expecting 20-25 days time in registry process. 8. For the Ridhi and Vidhi towers, possession offer is expected in Nov ( before Diwali). For Bhagirathi and Vinayak, possession offer is expected in Dec (mid). And for Ganga, offer of possession is expected by end of March-2013. 9. Shopping complex is still in progress. Club is in final stage but swimming pool is not yet ready. Club looks fine to me. 10. The rates may revise after Diwali. By end of March-2013, it could be around 3000-3200 per sq ft. 11. In phase 1, there are around 1040 flats in which around 70-80 flats are not yet sold. Rest all other flats are booked. As per Deepak, there are mostly end-users in this and no brokers are involved from builder side. These all words I am giving as per my conversation and memory. there could be some discrepancies which could be neglected. As per my opinion, we can start moving to flats in Dec end of Jan first as by this time, 4 buildings will be ready with registry and 2 buildings will be in process of registry.
