You might be hundred percent correct, but, the Price List has not been revised by Mahagun on their Website (http://www.mahagunindia.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=46&Itemid=56) till 15th February, 2013 (8.25 P.M.). The Website is still showing Rs.3050/- per sq ft.
