Hi All Phase 2 owners

I feel helpless for not been able to accompany you all for tomorrows plan as i am out of Delhi. I thank all who are going tomorrow's and Mr. Rahul for their collective initiative and i believe for the fruitfulness of the same in the coming days.

At the same time, I have following additional query which i request if any of the accompanied person may put up with them, from my side

1. Is the recent price revise is also for Ph 2 and when we can see the new booking/price list

2. As per the delay penalty clause by Builder, can they make us sure for the penalty reimbursement as they may say in the later stage that the delay has been cause due to authority and not by them, with clarification, if any.

I will be thankful.

Pease gather in maximum numbers on Saturday as this is really a serious conecern for all of us. There are so many examples in past in which Builder has hanged the projects and the still buyers are struggling .Mahagun's other projects in Noida and Ext. are infull swing as they expect more returns from those projects.If we will not push them they will not start the work and if started will not complete.

It is very early stage so we can push them. If any buyer is related to media. Please come forward you may really help us.Because to save image builder will never want to highlight these issues in media as this will really effect their image and they will not be able to sell their other projects.
