Friends at this point of time , I am thinking to get some substantial information from Mahagun office about Phase 2. What we must know is our options at hand .. what if construction doesn't start after April as they promise over phone ? and why is it stopped at the first place and for some buildings like  Narmada why even one brick has not been put ? / what would be status of late payment penalty as for some us it was promised in 2013 (for me it was 2014).

After this Q&A , I guess we will have some inputs to decide about next step.

Pease gather in maximum numbers on Saturday as this is really a serious conecern for all of us. There are so many examples in past in which Builder has hanged the projects and the still buyers are struggling .Mahagun's other projects in Noida and Ext. are infull swing as they expect more returns from those projects.If we will not push them they will not start the work and if started will not complete.

It is very early stage so we can push them. If any buyer is related to media. Please come forward you may really help us.Because to save image builder will never want to highlight these issues in media as this will really effect their image and they will not be able to sell their other projects.
