I guess first we need to get clear idea about the issue. I was informed that case is pending in High Court some other person was told that approvals are pending from various departments.
Since builder has started construction activity at least for parking and first floor for Phase -2 , we need to understand how serious this issue and which options do we have at hand .. cancellation shifting etc ... ?
