In my opinion, these Mahagun guys are fooling all the investors in a big way by misrepresenting of approvals at the time of booking and even now by not telling the complete and true information.
At least investors who has invested their hard earned money, must be inform in the right way about the real crux of the problem as its the company liability to inform who is using investors invested money.
In my opinion we should go to the law in united way to get the information out of them and accordingly individual investor can decide out of it personally. By the time they will come with their solution, whatever it may be, none of the investor will be in a situation with enough time to give some other thought , other than accepting what they will offer.

I guess first we need to get clear idea about the issue. I was informed that case is pending in High Court some other person was told that approvals are pending from various departments.
