I too had a conversation with Marketing head: Mr Sachin, following were the points of discussion,
- the issue informed was additional FAR approval which is pending with GDA without which one can't go for construction.
- I asked for the copy of all for Mahagunpuram Ph2 docs being approved till now/submitted pertaining to GDA, which was considered by him and said after pondering that he may provide it to us, provided we go to him with prior appointment with him.
- Time told to me was, with in a week they should get some conclusion from GDA.
Things to ponder now
- Why Mahagunuram always forward the Marketing Head as contact person for all grieviences which in fact has no role in post sales talks. Well i know Mahagun is not a listed company but a reputed (as what people says) always has a legal body (with some lawyers), dedicated customer care/customer grievence with high designated persons who handles with people queries like this with supported docs. I am saying this from my past experiences with Unitech, DLF & Paravsnath. Though they are big companies but this is some thing being mandated by Corp Governance.
- Why company raised FAR which is nothing but increasing no of flats & made fool of early customers? why it changed plan later? well i am not sure about the legal side of it but something is fishy.
- Well, as he is ready to show the docs, so i think we must not miss the opportunity to get the copies from them by arranging a collective meeting with them in their Noida office which may be in later stage can be matched with from GDA ones if some mishap happens.

As per last conversation with Mahagun representative Mr. Sachin , it was clear that Mahagun applied for additional FAR after project was approved by Banks . Now Mahagun will not start construction unless new FAR is approved by GDA.

They will never give a clear picture to home-buyers. RTI is one way of getting to know the status of approval. But how come banks, both private and nationalized, are extending loans to customers in a project which is not approved by the state government?
Anyway, lets meet them without delay to sort out things. A big group of Phase-II buyers is necessary to meet them, not just 4-5 people. I regret not having gone the last time.
