Guys ,
Dear All Phase II members,
If Mahagun officials cannot furnish a firm date for beginning reconstruction, it is really a matter of serious concern.
They will never give a clear picture to home-buyers. RTI is one way of getting to know the status of approval. But how come banks, both private and nationalized, are extending loans to customers in a project which is not approved by the state government?
Anyway, lets meet them without delay to sort out things. A big group of Phase-II buyers is necessary to meet them, not just 4-5 people. I regret not having gone the last time.
Regards,

Dear all,
being a new member, would like to request all to arrange meeting in holidays/sunday so that we can approach maximum numbers. like myself working in a pvt firm where its all most not possible to visit outside in working hours and even I dont get time to access mail due to really tight schedule, like wise may be other reason for otherones. but we should find one more option to aware/share about any important information timely with others so that at least we can approach/call them for at least for a very important meeting.
thanks

I think we should meet again at Mahagun office or at site to clarify the issue and to decide the further actions.

Is there any way to get a list of all buyers of Phase II so that we can contact them and raise our voice with more power to make some pressure on builder. Right now everybody is not on this forum. However builder has confirmed that construction and booking will be open from March first week but we should not fully rely on them.
