If maximum of the buyers in tower Siddhi and Saraswati agree then we may make a complain to GDA that Mahagun is handing over the flats without the completion certificate. It is only to save the penalty. The place will be livable only after completion of project i e somewhere in March 2013. Please give your views. I am in the favour of it.

I do agree with it. If the completion certificate has not yet been procured from GDA then the builder is trying to evade penalty.
