[Mahagunpuram] Sell Car Parking & Process to transfer Car Parking

Development Authority : NH-24 widening has in principle been
sanctioned by the government of India. It will be widened from a four-
lane to a six-lane road with 10 underpasses from UP Gate to Dasna. The
big underpasses will ensure that cross migration does not occur on the
main road and costs are estimated to be around Rs.160 crore.

(FOB) has been cleared to make. GDA on Thursday at a meeting of

[Mahagunpuram] Suicide note

At the behest of the following persons who are named in my police complaint including their wives, i was locked up for around 34 hours in Kavi Nagar Police Stn., Ghaziabad on the ground that i raised a voice in favor of holding the dignity of women in high esteem by my post dated March 28, 2013 which said that 'Oh la la' song from 'Dirty Picture' is an obscene song not fit to be played in a society:

3. Rohit Mittal and his wife r/o 1035 Sara.swati
4. Shailendra Saxena and his wife r/o 324 Siddhi
5. Baldev Raj Kakkar and his wife r/o 1015 Viddhi
6. Arvind Tiwari r/o 627 Vinayak
7. Bhim Singh and his wife r/o 018 Siddhi
8. Vaibhav Bhatnagar and his wife r/o 024 Siddhi

I did not have the names and identity of others who on the night of March 28' 13 barged into my home and thus named only the above ones. Later i found that Inder Yadav was also part of the mob.

On April 04, 2013, the above referred persons reached a settlement with me in the presence of SHO Sharma of Kavi Nagar Police Stn., on the basis of which i took back my FIR against Vaibhav Bhatnagar and another person. The above referred persons signed an undertaking that they will not allege any counter allegations against me, that all issues have been cordially resolved and that Sheetal Tyagi and M. S. Saxena, President of Mahagunpuram RWA, r/o 122 Siddhi guaranteed protection in the society and against any future accusations.

On April 17, 2013, wife of Saxena, President of Mahagunpuram RWA including others filed a complaint against me with NCW leveling the same accusation regarding which we had reached a settlement on April 04, 2013.

I am being harassed by above referred persons and threatened with dire consequences if i proceed against them with either through a FIR or court case and the above named persons including their wives should be held accountable for my suicide and be considered as a murder.

NOIDA: Stepping up efforts to decongest traffic on the busy NH-24, the Noida Authority has sent an estimate of Rs 115 crore for a proposed underpass at the crossroads of the highway to IIT-Delhi for vetting. The approval from IIT-Delhi is expected to come through by September 15, after which the tender proceedings for the underpass will be initiated.

According to officials, the authority's Technical and Audit Cell (TAC) has already conducted a detailed study of the proposed project and its estimated cost. The design for the underpass and two cloverleaves was approved in-principle by NHAI's UP division in January this year. Construction is expected to commence in November after a developer is selected through e-tendering, officials said.

The proposed underpass and the cloverleaves will streamline traffic movement from Noida to NH-24 via Sector-62 and between Delhi and Ghaziabad. This move will benefit over 1 lakh commuters who use the stretch daily.

Snarls are reported regularly on NH-24. The situation gets worse when vehicles coming from Vijay Nagar merge with traffic coming from Indirapuram at the CISF crossing. This leads to constant jams on the 150m-long stretch between the CISF crossing and Model Town crossing, with those taking the left turn from Sector-63 towards Noida also getting stuck.

In a bid to regulate traffic at the Model town crossing, the authority has decided on four clover leaves — two on either side of the national highway — to avoid jams on NH-24. It also plans to construct a roundabout just ahead of the Model Town crossing (at the expo centre crossing, near the Sector-62 and 63 service lane).

To deal with snarls once the construction of the proposed underpass gets underway the authority, in consultation with the traffic police, has drawn out a diversion plan for commuters travelling from Delhi, Ghaziabad and Noida.

As per the plan, the left and right turns at the T-point of the road connecting Sectors-62 and 63 with the NH-24 will be widened to three lanes instead of two. Also, traffic coming from Ghaziabad and Delhi towards Noida will be diverted through an underpass located near the CISF housing society. A defunct underpass near Shipra Mall is also being revamped so that it can be used by those travelling from Ghaziabad towards Noida or the other way around, officials said.

Once all the approvals are in place, to cause minimum inconvenience to commuters at the crossing, pushback technology will be used for the construction of the proposed underpass, officials said.

[Mahagunpuram] Interest Taken

Hi,

I'm the owner of Flat #1812, Vidhi.. Mahagun charged me Rs.60000+ as the Interest for the delay in taking the possession. As per them they had send me the Offer of Possession in March which I didn't receive. I paid my dues and got my registry done in 26th Aug 2013 but they charged me interest from March 2013.

The best part is that When I went to Mahagunpuram with the Key Letters to take the handover, I was surprised to see that my flat wasn't ready and there were many stuff pending like Glasses were not there in many windows, Tiles & pipes in Toilets were kept open. There were gaps between the tiles and when I asked Mr Kesar (In-charge of Handover) he said that there are still work to be done and it would take some time. Now I'm confused, I think offer of possession is given when the house is fully ready for possession.

I'm going to take this matter to the higher authorities and if need arise I would take this to Consumer Court and file a case against Mahagun. They charged me Interest when the House was not even ready. I need refund of the Interest that I paid.

If you could provide me any email address or contact # for the person whom I can contact for the same.

NEW DELHI : As evidence pours in of inflated air fares and fake tickets being submitted by government and public sector unit employees to claim leave travel concession (LTC), the practice appears to be much more rampant than earlier imagined.

TOI reported on Thursday that the Central Vigilance Commission had asked the Central Bureau of Investigation to probe evidence of fraud in LTC claims by officials in the Rajya Sabha secretariat, ordnance factory board and elsewhere.

Now, sources reveal that the shipping ministry is expected to ask the CBI to investigate more than 100 such claims from Shipping Corporation of India officials. Among those who would be investigated are a former chairman and a former director.

Based on a vigilance report from the ministry, the CVC has recommended that the shipping ministry hand over the case to the CBI. The CVC has also asked the ministry to initiate major penalty proceedings, including possible dismissal, against the employees, mostly senior personnel.

An internal investigation found that SCI had engaged two private travel agents in violation of government norms to handle flight tickets for the corporation. One of this travel houses was owned by an SCI employee.

Investigations have revealed that around 150 employees of SCI had submitted either exaggerated or forged flight tickets between 2006 and 2008 to claim LTC. "This was based on examination of just 612 claims," one source said.

It was also found that officials who regularly submitted exaggerated flight tickets bought these through the two travel agents.

The former chairman and many other SCI employees have returned the exaggerated LTC amount claimed by them, saying they were not aware of the fraud. "SCI has recovered Rs 25 lakh until now," sources said. "But strangely no action was taken against anyone until now," sources said.

In many instances, bogus tickets were submitted. It was found that travel agents booked and later cancelled these tickets, but they were used to claim LTC. The report says at least 22 employees had tampered with the tickets, over writing prices and claiming exaggerated amounts.

The CVC called in the CBI on August 16 after an Air India report found a large number of government officials and PSU staffers had been misusing the LTC provisions. Employees must travel by the national carrier for claiming LTC.

The Air India report came after the Rajya Sabha secretariat in March asked the airline to verify seven tickets issued by a private party to its employees on the Delhi-Kolkota-Port Blair sector. Air India reported back saying the tickets and boarding passes were fabricated.

Air India also received a complaint from the Ordnance Factory Board. More than 400 employees of OFB's Jabalpur travelled to northeast to avail LTC between 2006 and 2008. Under a special order of the government to promote tourism in the Northeast, even the lowest government employees and their families could fly to the region and claim airfare under LTC.

The racket was exposed when a passenger was detained at Kolkata airport in March 2013, with over 600 blank boarding passes of Air India. He was to board a SpiceJet aircraft to Port Blair. On interrogation he told the police that he was to deliver it to someone in Andaman. An investigation by the Kolkata police is underway.
